Office Visits - Our fee for an office visit is due at the time of the visit. We conveniently accept checks or cash and Visa or MasterCard. We provide the proper documentation to make any reimbursement from your health care plan easy for you to process.
We participate with Medicare and most insurance plans, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Alliance, Optimum Choice, and MD-IPA to name a few. Our surgical fee includes the typical post-operative care and follow up visits. We are happy to discuss a particular case ahead of time. Patients are ultimately responsible for covering the surgical fee. For patients without insurance, or in cases where our fees are not covered by insurance, our billing and reimbursement manager can make payment arrangements.
With the large number of insurance carriers and the varying rules and coverage requirements, patients must inform us of deductibles and co-payments as well as being familiar with the requirements of their policies. We will take care of filing the complex surgical claim forms.
We participate with most area HMOs and PPOs. Patients must bring a referral at the time of their appointment if required by their plan for us to file claims.
