Office appointments for all locations can be made by calling 937-228-4126 between 9 am and 5 pm., Monday through Friday. One of the doctors is available every day of the week, so we can generally schedule an appointment within a day or two. In an emergency situation, we can schedule an appointment immediately.	In case of an emergency, call (937) 228-4126. One of our doctors is always "on call" and can be reached seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. Patients who call, during office hours with non-emergency medical issues will be connected with our triage nurse, who will ensure that all patient concerns get a timely response.
